The largest IPO of 2026 already happened and still pays 16%

The biggest IPO in history already happened in June, and the market is still paying you to bet on it

The largest IPO of 2026 already happened and still pays 16%

On June 12, SpaceX went public at $135 a share and a $1.77 trillion valuation, the biggest stock debut in history and roughly three times the size of the previous record. The question this market is asking was answered in June, and yet Polymarket's largest IPO by market cap in 2026 market still prices SpaceX at 86 cents.

There's nothing left on the calendar that can top it. The market resolves to whichever company debuts at the largest market cap this year, and at $1.77T, SpaceX is in a different weight class. The only other names in the conversation are Anthropic and OpenAI, each valued around $1T, and even if both list before December, a $1T debut does not beat a $1.77T one. Everyone else in the 2026 pipeline, Discord, Databricks, Stripe, is an order of magnitude too small to enter the discussion.

So the outcome is already decided. Buying SpaceX at 86 cents pays a full dollar on December 31, about 16% for holding a result that is already in the books, or roughly 40% annualized. It is as close to risk-free as this board gets.
