Last updated: August 16, 2026
Predictbook ("Predictbook," "we," "us," or "our") publishes prediction-market and crypto-market commentary and analysis at predictbook.co (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and subscribers, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
This policy applies to predictbook.co and to email communications sent from Predictbook. It does not cover third-party platforms where we also post (X, Telegram, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.) — those platforms have their own privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by those terms.
Information We Collect
Site analytics. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect standard usage data through Google Analytics and Google Search Console, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location (derived from IP), and general engagement metrics (time on page, click paths). This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (set by Google Analytics) to distinguish visitors and measure Site performance. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some Site functionality.
Email signups. If you subscribe to Predictbook's newsletter or alerts, we collect the email address you provide. We use it solely to send the content you signed up for. We do not ask for or collect your name, payment information, or other personal details as part of the signup process.
We do not collect wallet addresses, on-chain data, or any information tied to your use of third-party trading platforms.
How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your email address for anything beyond the communications you signed up for.
Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics — site traffic and behavior analytics

These providers may process data on servers located outside your country of residence.
Data Retention
We retain analytics data for as long as it remains useful for the purposes above, subject to Google Analytics' own retention settings. We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it.
