Polymarket's number three trader has traded $892 million

Last night, a wallet bought 520,671 shares of a Dota 2 team called BoomBoys at 70 cents, in one transaction, for $364,470. The whole order filled at a single price, which means somebody had left more than $364,000 of ask resting there, and he took all of it. Our alert flagged this just a bit later.

In 30 minutes, he had merged 47% of it. Over that half hour, he bought 248,730 shares of OG, the team BoomBoys were playing, in a hundred fills at 25 to 29 cents, 97 of them zero-fee maker orders. A share of each pays exactly a dollar, and his pair had cost 98.346 cents, so merging them made $4,114.73 with no view on the match.

What was left was 275,828 shares at an effective 69.6 cents, about $192,001. BoomBoys won two games to zero, and he redeemed $275,828.51 this morning, for $82,418 profit.

So, who is this guy? It is the third-largest account by volume in Polymarket's history, $892,177,150 across 6,888 markets, 11th by profit at $8,339,866, with $1,429,303 paid in fees and $1,331,054 collected in rebates. It has no username, no bio, and no picture.

His largest holding is $10.0 million in "2026 Balance of Power: D Senate, D House", marked NO. He also holds 10,000,000 YES, acquired in the same split of $10 million USDC. Rewards there pay 3.25% annualized on an hourly basis, so he is basically holding his money in a high-yield savings account to capture $325,000 risk-free.

Another interesting fact about this trader is that from March 31 to May 15, his cumulative profit sat at about $658,300 every single day. April's whole result was minus $431. Then May 16 moved $78,000, May 17 another $275,614, and by May 20 he was clearing $300,000 a day. Yesterday he made a whopping $820,692.
